The Tofte Farms Owners Association assumes no responsibility for accident, injury, or loss of personal property. Each person who enters the pool area does so at his or her own risk.
The Tofte Farms Owners Association has the right to suspend pool privileges of any member who violates pool rules.
Swimming pool access cards are the property of the Association. Owners are individually responsible for the care of the card, including costs related to replacing cards. Individual card replacement fee is $25.00. Each pool key is like a house key, where the ownership of the key stays with the house.
To report problems with pool entry system, poor bathroom conditions or poor pool conditions Contact the
Pool Committee here.
If you still need your pool key
Please
contact us and let us know if you need a new key, or are having trouble with yours, and a Board member will contact you for arrangements. If you don't have access to email, please contact the
Pool Committee and they will take care of it. Your key will be deactivated if your dues are not current.
Helpful Pool Information:
Please remember that the entry system logs YOUR entry into the pool area in our computer database. For this reason, it is very important that you do not give access, from the inside, to someone wanting to enter without a key. The pool is for exclusive use of Tofte Farms owners and guests. The entry gate will "lock" at 10:00 p.m. when the pool closes.
It is very important to take a cleansing shower (adults too!) before entering the pool. Lotions and soaps can clog the filters and cause cloudiness of the pool water quickly. Help us keep the water clear and clean!
After eating on the picnic tables, please use the cleaning wipes in the restroom to wash it and have it ready for the enjoyment of another neighbor.
Check out the bulletin board on the pool house for a copy of the pool rules as well as any notices of upcoming events or important information.
When you are leaving the pool area, please remember to lower the umbrellas. The wind can cause quite a bit of damage and we appreciate your efforts in helping to maintain the appearance of our equipment. Thank you!
Our Pool Committee:
A big "thank you" to our volunteer Pool Committee members. They volunteer their time testing the water levels throughout the day, managing our pool entry system, and many other things related to the pool area! If you are interested in joining the committee,
